Anita is our Senior Recruitment Consultant and leads our commercial and head-contractor desk. With more than eight years in recruitment, she’s seen the industry from every angle: busy agency desks, executive search, and the client side as an in-house talent acquisition partner, where she was the one briefing recruiters and judging what came back.
That’s what makes her different. Anita knows exactly what a client needs from a recruiter, because she’s sat in that chair. She doesn’t send a pile of CVs and hope one sticks. She gets under the skin of the business, the project and the team, then brings back a shortlist that’s been properly interviewed, referenced and pressure-tested before it ever lands in your inbox.
Builders and head contractors work with Anita for her straight talk, sharp market knowledge and follow-through. She knows where salaries are sitting, who’s moving and who’s worth waiting for, and she’ll tell you honestly when your brief and the market don’t line up. Heidi Brown

Heidi is our in-house contract admin specialist, and she didn’t start in recruitment. She started on the other side of the desk, working her way from admin into contract administration in commercial construction and taking projects from tender and contract setup, through the day-to-day deliverables, all the way to practical completion and handover.
She’s sat in the meetings, worked to the deadlines and seen first-hand how quickly a job falls apart when one person in the chain isn’t the right fit. So when a builder tells her they need a CA, she knows exactly what good looks like, because she’s done the job every day. A CV can’t tell you how someone reacts when the program slips or the scope changes. Heidi can.
She places contract administrators, site and project teams with developers, head contractors and builders across commercial, industrial, custom residential and multi-residential. Her approach is simple: be real, be honest and get to know people properly. No mass messages, no box-ticking, just good conversations and the straight-up advice she’d want if she were in your shoes.
